What We Do

Hawkins-Dixon is a multifamily investment firm with a focus on the development of Class-A apartment communities in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

The firm's founding principal, Wyatt Dixon, a veteran of the multifamily real estate industry, has developed over 3,000 apartment units throughout the southeast valued at roughly a half-billion dollars.

During his lengthy career, Dixon has served in investment and development leadership positions within some of the south's most respected firms including Lane Company, Faison Enterprises, Summit Properties and its successor, Camden Property Trust.  

Hawkins-Dixon leverages this institutional experience and discipline to provide development and operational excellence throughout the firm's endeavors.

Current Projects

Hawkins-Dixon will begin construction of Fountains at Mooresville Town Square during the second quarter of 2011.

Fountains at Mooresville Town Square is a 227-unit, Class-A apartment community located 20 minutes north of Charlotte in Mooresville, NC.  These luxury apartment homes are an integral part of Mooresville Town Square, a 40-acre, grocery-anchored lifestyle center.
